Board of Trustees Welcome Message Updated: September 24, 2008

The Evergreen Community Charter School Board of Trustees meets at 7:00 PM generally on the fourth Thursday of every month (except in November and December) in the in "Green Room" of Evergreen Community Charter School located at Routes 390/191 and Grace Ave in Cresco, PA.

You can access the entire meeting schedule and agenda plus all public exhibits pertaining to a particular board meeting via the Evergreen Community Charter School web site at www.evergreencommunityschool.org.

You may view the agenda to each upcoming board meeting online.  To access the agenda, simply click on the "Board of Trustees" button on the left on the school's website.

For most meetings, issues that develop after the regular agenda has been prepared and that require board action often need to be added to the agenda a few hours before the meeting.  These exhibits will be added to the regular agenda as listed on www.evergreencommunityschool.org prior to the meeting.
