Family Ski Trip to Vermont

Please remember to bring in your final payment of $150 for the annual ski trip to Stratton, Vermont. The trip starts out at 10:00 am Thursday Feb. 4th and returns 7:00 pm Sunday Feb. 7th. School will be closed next week on Thursday and Friday (2/4-2/5).  Additional information will be sent home next week.

Camelback this Friday!

Evergreen’s ski and ride program at Camelback will resume this Friday. We have extra tickets if family or friends would like to meet us. Jill, Patti, Sandra, and Susan will be transporting and supervising. Marc, Larry, and Jeff will take the rest of the students bowling.

Career Fest

Attached is an information sheet for 10th grade students on the Pocono Mountains Chamber of Commerce Career Fest. This event is held every year at East Stroudsburg University and is scheduled for Tuesday March 9, 2010.

FAFSA Reminder for Seniors

Penn State (and other colleges we have dealt with in the past) recommends that you try to have all FAFSA information submitted by February 15th.  Please feel free to call or email Kathy Yerkes if you have any questions.

Yearbook

The yearbook committee is sending out an “Intent to Order” form to get an idea on the number of yearbooks needed for this year. Please return it to Nancy in the office as soon as possible.

Wish List

Please think of us before you throw away…. If anyone has replaced their 1990’s or newer TV with a flat screen model this year, we would like to take the older one off of your hands. The only requirement is that it needs to be larger than 27” so students in the back of the room can still see the image. Senora’s classroom TV stopped back in September and she could really use another one.
